With the challenge of marketing one of the best sauces in North Carolina - we took an approach that featured a unique ingredient to Cackalacky: sweet potatoes. To show how different Cackalacky is in the sauce market, we featured the founder/owner Page Skelton using his custom made sweet potato canon as a way to pack the flavor into the sauce.
