The challenge presented by Food Network was to attract a younger demographic to Food Network web properties. To try and engage an 18 to 29 year old demographic, a series of 26 how-to videos were produced along with Adrianna Adarme from the popular food blog, A Cozy Kitchen. To relate to the audience, the meals picked to do a video on were simple straightforward recipes (grilled cheese, pancakes, iced coffee, etc...). This series was distributed through several owned Food Network media channels, and garnered thousands of views with the target demographic.
